What Should I Do If I Want to Return a Product?


Returning a product at DeriClub is simple. You may return the item via courier to the address below:

Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, undamaged, unused, and with all accessories included. The invoice (all copies) must be enclosed, and the return should be sent via collect shipping (freight paid by receiver). Returns are not accepted for single-use products, perishable items, or products likely to expire soon. Cosmetic and personal care items, underwear, swimwear, and bikinis can only be returned if the packaging is unopened, the product has not been tried on, is undamaged, and unused.
Once your returned item reaches our warehouse and is confirmed to meet the return conditions, the product amount will be refunded to your credit card. Depending on your bank, the refund may take up to 10 days to be reflected in your account. If you used a discount coupon for your order, your coupon will be reissued in full.

 

How Many Days Do I Have to Return an Item?


According to the Distance Sales Regulation, you have a "Right of Withdrawal Without Reason" for 14 days starting from the date you receive the product. At DeriClub, we extend this period to 15 days for your convenience. You may return your item within 15 days of delivery.

 

Which Products Cannot Be Returned?
Single-use items, perishable goods, and products with a potential expiration risk are not eligible for return. Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear, swimsuits, and bikinis can only be returned if unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused.

Do I Have to Pay the Shipping Cost for Returns?


All return shipping costs for products sent back to DeriClub are covered by our company.

 

When Will I Receive My Refund?


After confirming that the returned product meets our return conditions, DeriClub will initiate a refund to your credit card. The refund will be credited to your account within 10 days, depending on your bank. This process is entirely handled by your bank, and DeriClub has no influence over the transaction timing.

 

Can I Change the Size or Number of the Product I Ordered?


If your order status is “Order Received” and the requested item is in stock, we can make changes to the size or model. You can track your order status via the “My Orders” section.

 

What Should I Do If the Product I Received is Defective?


We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please follow our Return Process as outlined above.

 

Why Is My Refund Being Paid in Installments?


If you purchased the product using installment payments, the full amount is refunded to your credit card. However, your bank may reflect this refund in monthly installments, in line with your original payment plan.
