Which courier company will deliver my order?
Your orders will be shipped securely with Sürat Kargo or Yurtiçi Kargo.

When will I receive my order?
If the item is in stock, your order will be dispatched within 1–4 business days. If it is out of stock, it will be shipped within 7 business days.
Please note that delivery estimates are calculated based on business days and do not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day and shipped within 1–4 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email and SMS. Your tracking number will also be available in the "My Account" section.

How can I track my order?
Click the arrow next to your name in the top menu and select "My Orders." On the page that opens, you can view the status of all your orders.
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will also be sent to you.

What happens if I'm not home when my order is delivered?
If you are not available at the provided address, your package will be delivered to the nearest Sürat Kargo branch, and a notice will be left for you.
You must collect your package from the designated branch within 3 days.
If not collected within this period, the package will be returned to DeriClub.
If you wish to have the returned order reshipped, a new shipping fee will be charged, and the order will be resent with cash on delivery for the shipping cost.
