5. DELIVERY TIME /

Delivery will
be made as soon as possible after payment is confirmed and stock is available.
Delays may occur due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, adverse weather
conditions). The seller is obligated to deliver the goods/services within 30 (thirty) days from the order date.
Delivery will
be made to the address requested by the Buyer. If the Buyer requests delivery
to a different person or address, delivery will be made in accordance with that
request. Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer unless the Seller has announced
on the website that such costs will be covered for purchases above a certain

Delivery is

service is to be provided before the end of the 14-day period, the right of
withdrawal may be exercised until the service starts. The cost of withdrawal is
borne by the Seller.
To exercise the
right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller via fax, telephone, or
email within 14 days. The goods/services must be returned in original condition
and packaging without damage and in a resalable condition. Procedures for
return under the right of withdrawal are detailed in the Distance Sales
Agreement.
The original
invoice for the returned goods/services must also be sent back. Refunds are
made within 10 days of the notice of withdrawal, and goods/services are
collected within 20 days. If the original invoice is not returned, VAT and any
